Trading safely

• Meet in a busy public place in daylight: a café, station or shopping centre.
• Inspect the item before paying. Never pay in advance to someone you haven't met.
• Cartman.ai does not process payments, escrow or shipping. Agree on payment (for example a local payment app or cash) directly.
• Buying from another country is your decision. Shipping costs, import fees and customs are arranged between you and the dropper, and are your responsibility.
• Keep your phone number, email and address private until you're comfortable. We never show them publicly.
• Be wary of anyone pushing you off-platform, asking for codes, or offering more than the asking price.

Not allowed

• Weapons, ammunition, explosives and fireworks
• Drugs, medicines, alcohol and tobacco
• Counterfeit, stolen or recalled goods
• Live animals, adult content, personal data or documents
• Services, jobs or anything illegal in your country or the grabber's country

Reporting & blocking

Use “Report” on any listing, grab, profile or message. Reports go to our moderators and are private. You can block a user from a conversation or their profile. After that, neither of you can message the other.

Verification

Identity verification isn't available yet, so every account shows as “Unverified”. We will never display trust badges we haven't checked.
